COMPANY PRACTISE
Plant List
Our current capacity list demonstrates our ability to offer a service to all, rather than a total commitment to one single sector of industry.
The sectors we currently service include defence, railways, lifting equipment suppliers, rubber and tyre manufactures, medical and fibre optic communications. |

| Quality Control
Our ongoing commitment to quality control resulted in our achieving ISO 9002 status within BSI in 1998 and the new ISO 9001-2001 standard in February 2003 we have a process of internal monthly audits by outside consultants, this prevents slippage in our systems.
Manufacturing Capacity
Information can be taken for customer requirements through conventional drawings or electronically, through modem email.
Where required, help can be given on line by providing input at the design and generation stage of preparing engineering drawings to customers specifications, from sketches or samples as appropriate. |
All CNC machines have a programme storage and retrieval system to facilitate repeat orders and to give a price reduction after first order programming costs.
